Prior to her appointment as Undersecretary of the Department of Trade and Industry, Usec. Blesila A. Lantayona was the Assistant Secretary of DTI-Regional Operations Group, in-charge of Kapatid Mentor ME, Shared Service facilities, Industry Cluster Enhancement Project, Great Women Project 2, among others.She holds an MBA Degree in International Business from Ecole Europeenne des Affaires (European School of Management) in Paris, France. Her career in the civil service started in NEDA Region XI then moved to DTI in various technical positions at first, then as Provincial Director of DTI-Davao del Sur, as Assistant Regional Director of DTI-Region XI and was later appointed as Regional Director of DTI-Region III (Central Luzon). In September 2019, she was appointed as the Supervising Undersecretary of the DTI-Regional Operations Group in-charge of the 16 Regional Offices, 81 Provincial Offices and the Bureau of Small Micro Enterprise Development.

A 20-year digital practitioner and a frustrated economist, Chewy started his digital journey with Asia Online – then the digital agency handling all of Nestle Philippines’ digital requirements - from building corporate and brand websites, to maintaining video streaming sites - even before YouTube was available. Chewy then moved to DDB Philippines as a Strategic Planner.  Expanding his horizons, he then joined one of the country’s largest mobile content provider Xurpas, as the head of mobile marketing, expanding the Smart business ten-fold and acquiring additional blue-chip clients in under a year. He was a managing partner for Tribal DDB for 9 years, leading new business acquisition, developing new digital services, ECommerce and Digital Media, while handling PLDT Home, Philam, Pepsi, Microsoft, Mang Inasal, Philippine Airlines/Mabuhay Miles among others. His favorite campaign is the award-winning Ako Mismo movement. Now the Managing Director of Agile, Chewy is spearheading the data transformation of the DDB Group focusing on Small Data, Social Analytics and Listening, Google Analytics, Programmatic Solutions and putting them together with strategic planning frameworks. He is an avid golfer, video gamer, badminton player, newbie cook  and a father of two.  He has a degree in Business Economics from the University of the Philippines

Ms. Demphna Du - Naga is the Assistant Secretary for the Department of Trade and Industrie's Regional Operations Group.

Ms. Marissa Argente has been part of Department of Trade and Industry for 31 years - Trade and Industry Regulatory Division (now called CPD) and the Trade and Industry Development Division (now called BDD) for 30 years in DTI Batangas and 1 year as OIC - Assistant Regional turned to fully pledged Assistant Reginal Director with the Regional Office. She graduated with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Major in Accounting and attained her title as a Certified Public Accountant (non-practicing).  She is now DTI4A's representative in various councils and committees, chairperson - bids and awards committee, chairperson - human resource merit promotion and section board, etc.

Aside from managing the day to day, future plans and projects of the Colayco Foundation as its Executive Director and KsK SMP Coop, a multi-purpose investment cooperative as its Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Bengco is a media personality and a favorite resource person of various media outfits in radio and TV in their various magazine shows. Mr. Bengco regularly conducts seminars and workshops in line with the Colayco Foundation’s advocacy of financial literacy for Filipinos.  He is part of GoNegosyo-Phil. Center for Entrepreneurship (PCE) as its resource speaker on personal financial matters. Department of Trade & Industry (DTI) has accredited him as one of its trainors in its Mentor ME program covering the topics of Entrepreneurial Mindset and Marketing 101.  Recently he was made part of the Pioneer Mentors for the ASEAN Mentorship for Entrepreneurship Network. Mr. Bengco was a member of the board of directors of the OWN Equity Mutual Fund of the First Metro Asset Management Inc. (Metrobank Group) and Ten Years & Beyond Corp.-TYA Bar & Restaurant; currently member of the board of directors of One Wealthy Nation, Rural Bank of Cavite City, Aurum Development Corp., KMP Foods Inc., , and Old Sun Cap Corporation-chain of barber shops. He has done close to a thousand talks the past decade.  He has been invited and has given a seminar or workshop in 400 entities, companies, government agencies, schools, church groups, associations both here and abroad.

Third Domingo is currently the CEO and Chief Creative Engineer of IdeasXMachina Advertising Inc., A Member of Hakuodo, a strong creative boutique and award-winning advertising agency in the Philippines. He is also a Chairman at Edunasyon and Executive Director at Malaking Munti Foundation. Formerly Executive Creative Director at Aspac & Co., PublicisJimenezBasic, TBWA, and McCann-Erickson Philippines, working on brands like Jollibee, KFC, Greenwich, Solmux, Halls, TM, Globe, Unilab, SaraLee, and Coca-Cola. Youngest to become Creative Director in the country at 26. · One of the copywriters for Sprite MagpakatotooKa, voted the Philippines' advertising campaign of the decade.
